1. Data gathered from your "information request" form and/or "subscribe to our newsletter" form will be automatically collected into a contact database. Your data collection form(s) can be customized so that you can clearly pinpoint the interests of current and prospective customers.
2. Seamless integration into your website: custom auto-response pages.
3. Your current email database can be imported into the program for future mailings
4. Messages can be sent as a text message or for a greater impact as an HTML message.
5. A custom-designed HTML template or several different templates can be created to enhance your marketing message and brand your service or product.
6. Multiple Databases: categorize your data and organize your form submissions into as many databases as you wish.

1. Volume and Cost: Initial setup fee of $150
   
   

   $30.00/mo: up to 10,000 database records, 10,000 emails/mo

   $50.00/mo: up to 50,000 database records, 50,000 emails/mo

   $100.00/mo: up to 100,000 database records, 100,000 emails/mo

   $50.00+/mo: for each additional 50,000 records or emails per month

2. Production work necessary to create or edit templates and to send the email will be billed at $65.00 per hour and will be invoiced when the services are performed
3. The client supplies the content of the email. If you need help creating content we can also assist you with this at $65.00 per hour.
